As part of Ling’s growth marketing team, you’ll develop creative short-form videos that spotlight language learning, culture, and everyday expressions bringing languages like Serbian, Croatian, Polish, Czech, and more to life through relatable storytelling and trend-driven formats.
Responsibilities
Content Creation and StorytellingFilm and edit short-form videos introducing phrases, idioms, and cultural insights from Eastern European languages.
Present language tips, comparisons, and fun facts that appeal to global audiences.
Incorporate humor, storytelling, and visual creativity to make language learning feel exciting and accessible.
Collaborate with the design and copy teams to ensure branding and messaging consistency.
Trend and Creative Development
Research trending sounds, formats, and challenges that can be adapted for language-learning content.
Experiment with different hooks, pacing, and storytelling styles to improve retention and watch time.
Suggest fresh ideas for campaign tie-ins (e.g., seasonal trends, holidays, or app events).
Performance and Optimization
Analyze engagement metrics and identify patterns in top-performing content.
Work with the Growth team to optimize video CTAs and link placements for conversions.
Continuously refine creative direction based on performance insights.
Cross-Functional Collaboration
Partner with social media managers, marketers, and copywriters to ensure cohesive visual storytelling.
Join brainstorming sessions to contribute ideas for global campaigns featuring Eastern European languages.
