As we continue to grow, we’re looking for a mid-level Product Manager to join our agile, cross-functional team.

Location: Chiang Mai, Thailand (Remote/Hybrid options available)
Responsibilities
Product Strategy & Vision
Balance immediate sprint goals with long-term initiatives, ensuring both short-term deliverables and strategic objectives are consistently reflected in the backlog.
Conduct regular market research and competitor analysis to ensure Ling remains competitive and innovative within the language-learning space.
Use insights from analytics tools such as Google Analytics and Amplitude to optimize the user journey and identify key areas for improvement.
Work closely with cross-functional teams (developers, designers, possible: content creators, customer support, marketing, and QA) to identify and prioritize new features and product improvements that maximize user value and business impact.
Sprint Management & Release Management
Lead backlog grooming sessions, ensuring all user stories are well-defined, detailed, and include all necessary information for developers and QA.
Support and coordinate the product release process, maintaining a cadence of 2 releases per month, and work towards scaling to 3 releases when possible.
Test features across platforms (iOS and Android) to ensure quality before each release, coordinating with QA to track issues and improvements.
Facilitate sprint planning and daily standups, ensuring smooth communication and progress tracking across the cross-functional team.
Resolve blockers and ensure alignment between team members by acting as the main point of contact for sprint support, providing clarification on requirements, and ensuring tasks are completed on time.
Team Development & Leadership
Facilitate bi-weekly coffee break sessions to gather feedback from the team and provide mentoring, encouraging a culture of continuous improvement and open communication.
